Who is moving to Abbotsford?

As we begin see some good weather, I am starting to get calls from people inquiring about the properties I have listed for sale. This is nothing new. The new thing is that a very high percentage of these are people not from Abbotsford. These people want to move to Abbotsford from another town. Most of these call are from Vancouver, Richmond, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge and Surrey. I am also getting some inquiries from Alberta, mainly from Edmonton area. That tells me Abbotsford real estate ain't slowing down soon.
