British Columbians are confident that they can handle their mortgages according to a consumer survey conducted by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC). Survey shows that mojaority of people who recently purchased a home are confident that their mortgage choice was best for them. Almost 80% people intend to pay off their home loan as soon as possible. 43% used the services of a mortgage broker to arrange their mortgage. Housing market in BC is expected to remain strong this year.
